Did you added the number in E.164 format in NUmbers app? Did you create device in SmartPBX and assigned to a user? The sup command for ecallmgr should have -n ecallmgr... i.e. "sup -n ecallmgr ecallmgr_maintenance ..... " Can you dial *97 from the device when it is regisered? Is your carrier sending INVITE in E.164 format?

There must be something with the code.. If you press "#" instead "*", you get 11. 🙂

I think Panasonic also has HTTP actions triggered by incoming call, answer, hangup, etc...

Try factory reset and wipe off all call histories. What's the firmware version?

Maybe you can use PBX Connector and use Authentication.

SCA is Bsft service. But you can create almost the same feature using blf and call pick up feature in Kazoo.

Maybe you can try to use trunk between subaccounts and route video calls through loopedback trunks.

I noticed the same behavior with other APIs. Need to include exiting data when modifying one or few selected attributes / parameters. I also think it would be great to have SEARCH API - rather than retrieving complete list of items (i.e. full list of devices) and then look for a specific items in your own app.

Sorry. If it's the conf on the phone, it depends on the phone. Grandstream 22xx support up to 6. Polycom =3.

Is there BLIND transfer option for BRIA client? Using my devices (Grandstream, Panasonic), consulted transfer will replace the CLID but BLIND transfer will keep the original caller's number.

Click on your account name on top right corner of UI. And click on Account menu on the left. You will see AccountRealm. This is unique for each account. You should not use IP address as Realm. IP address is used as Outbound Proxy on your UA.
