  1. Hi Anthony, We've been able to recreate this in production.  We've created a Bug fix ticket for our Provisioning team to look into.  We'll keep you posted.

  6. Hi Marie, Thank you for the report.  Can you try going to the Advanced Callflows App>Devices>Judy'siPhone>Advanced>Options tab and enable require key press then repeat for Joan's IPhone? Once this has been completed, can you try calling into the Customer Service group again to see if this helps?  Please let us know. Thanks, Kristin

Hi Marie, I tested this in an upcoming version release, and the very last greeting recorded or saved will be the greeting used.  Within Virtual Receptionist, the greeting used will also be highlighted, indicating which file will play when called. NOTE: By default, you can only record a Virtual Receptionist greeting, over the phone, by using a phone configured within the account.  If you'd like to record the greeting using a phone outside of the account, you'll need to go to Advanced Callflows App>Menu>select Menu you'd like to record greeting over the phone for>Advanced>Options tab>enable Allow outside recording. Hope this helps!

  9. Thanks for retesting for us Rick!  Please do let us know if this works on a consistent basis for you while our team discusses generating new config files upon a MAC Address change for existing devices. 
  10. Hi Marie, We apologize for the delay here, but we've re tested this in an upcoming version release, and the person's name will now play and if 1 is pressed to connect to the user the call will route.

Hi Rick, thanks for the detailed report, this really helps!  Currently, any changes applied to a device will attempt to update the existing config files, but does not generate a new one.  Due to you adding a new MAC Address, there isn't an existing file to update therefore fails.  I'm going to create an idea for the implementation of generating a new config file when a new MAC Address is added to an existing device in Smart PBX or Advanced Callflows.

  21. Hi Michael and Karl, For best best audio quality and lowest load times we recommend a wave with a sample rate of 1600khz, mono channel, and less than 5 megabytes.  Hope this helps!

  23. Hi Marie, we didn't have a service issue today and you've been the first to report this.  Could you client have had some ISP issues which could have caused this?
  24. Hi Mike, Thanks again for the detailed report, this really helped to identify the issue.  We spoke to our Engineers and they advised this would be fixed some time this week. We'll update you as soon as the fix has been applied to production.
