  1. Hey Everyone! We have had a few requests for Grandstream models, so we have added them in the UI. If you are on our hosted platform, you should now see the following models of phones/ATAs available for auto-provisioning! GXP2130, GXP2135, GXP2140, GXP2160, GXP2170, HT502, HT502 FAX, HT704, HT704 FAX
  2. Hi All, Just wanted to update this thread with news that this ticket was approved and worked for 4.0. https://2600hz.atlassian.net/browse/K... is only for the API, I don't believe we've exposed it in the front end at this time. I'll check into see if it's possible to file a front end ticket. This will be available to you when your installation is upgraded to Kazoo 4.0.In the documentation, the relevant piece is below:Key Description Type Default Requiredringtones object {} falseringtones.external The alert info SIP header added when the call is from internal sources string(0..256) falseringtones.internal The alert info SIP header added when the call is from external sources string(0..256) false
  3. Hi Everyone!
Product is currently looking for ALPHA testers for a new Call Center related product that incorporates Queues and a Live Dashboard. We need some assistance with:

    1) Load test basic APIs on a sandbox server OR
    2) Click testing UI elements that may never see the light of day

If you're interested in helping us test, please click this private link and let us know, and we will be reaching out to interested parties with more testing information shortly.

  4. Jesse, this is one of the primary use cases for websockets (showing presence without needing to periodically check for changes). I don't have info at the moment on how it will display across sub-accounts at this time, but we will update this thread when websockets are available to test or use, and I'm pretty sure what account the user is in will be part of the contextual information. Stay tuned. :)
  5. Hey guys, just wanted to let you know Product has heard the request to save clicks here and we have thought about a couple ways we could provide what you want. I will most likely file an epic around being able to copy configurations over from same brand/model phones, from the feedback I got there are a couple different config templates for each manufacturer, so for example we might prevent trying to copy a T22P config to a T48G, but might allow T22 to T26. This simplifies a lot of the UI requirements but will still be (to quote Karl Anderson) a "not insignificant" amount of backend work. We are still batting around ideas and that team is getting reassigned to other work for the time being, but we will seriously consider doing something on this side over the next several months. Hope that helps and I really appreciate the communication that you all are sharing in this thread, and I hope it keeps going. I am already learning new things about the phones from these conversations too. Very beneficial!
  6. Thanks for the input, Rick. It is clear to me this idea is a time saver for our resellers. However, we have several other improvement epics for Provisioner that are currently getting worked on. Please stay tuned for some info on that, and I will take it to my engineers to see if there are some simple ways we can address this in a future epic.
  7. Hi Karl,
The APIs are there and active on the hosted platform, though we are not formally offering them as part of the product yet, pending some additional testing. Our policy is generally not to quote it as part of the hosted platform until it is implied in the GUI, hence the response to your Zendesk ticket.

Since we are trying to address a need and this functionality is fairly basic, if you would like to assist us in testing it out, you may try to set up blacklisting through the APIs, and we would be interested to see a reply on how it goes. However, as it is not officially part of our feature set yet, we are unable to provide normal support ticketing for it.

    Thank you and good luck!
