When playing back a VM if you hit 3 and then enter a voicemail box you want to transfer to then hit # it will transfer. The prompts need to be updated to sync up with the feature which is around for a longtime now.

Also ecallmgr_maintenance sync_channels can sometimes be helpful in these rare situations.

I would suggest that this should be on a switch - most carriers will use PAI if present for caller ID

Looks like this needs a bit of  improvement on Jitsi side.

If you configure *97@kazoo.customer.realm as the voicemail check uri does that work?
