Thank you so much for your input and suggestions Logicwrath! The poll idea is a good one and I think if/when there is enough feedback from the community we will create one - engaging the community is one of our top priorities moving forward - and we are going to be putting a call out for moderators shortly...   with some details on the responsibilities and perks! Keep an eye out here on on the Community Twitter  too!

Below is a list of functionality that 2600Hz is looking to bring to Advance Provisioner. We would like some feedback on the community on what you view as a high priority to assist you with the tool:

• Adding a company directory to auto-provision with the phone
• Branding on the phone
• Additional Brands/Models
• Additional phone features
• Provisioning service integration (easing on-boarding)
• Server side features
• Template customization (2600Hz provides the base template, if customization is desired then maintaining of that template falls on the reseller)

 

This is the list of features that we're looking to bring in to Advance Provisioner. Certain aspects, UI/UX refresh and tools to assist in self-service debug, are a high priority for 2600Hz and are currently two of our main goals outside of this list. Feel free to reply in this thread with your thoughts and/or suggestions!

Could you provide a few more details? Are you experiencing deletion of vas - if so is this taking place on all of your vm's - or just a few... or? Thanks!

Thank you for the question & feedback, personally I like a well placed warning pop-up myself....so I will get in touch with engineering and respond here when I hear back from one of our talented engineers.
