The recent visitors block is disabled and is not being shown to other users.

  1. We have a menu setup that enables clients to modify TOD callflows. (Thank You @Rick Guyton) What we'd like to do next is add a 4th menu option that links to another sub-menu allowing users to manually forward phones to a number (3 options again, forward/unforward and change). I see the options for forwarding in the Callflows app, but I can't sort out how to get the system to relate that forwarding change to the main number. If anyone has any guidance I would appreciate it. Thanks so much.
