Can anyone help with configuring the soft keys for the Polycom VVX411? Specifically Call Park and Paging. We are using Broadsoft and the customer does not want to use the * keys. I was able to get the paging soft key to show up, but it doesn't page anyone in the Group I have configured in Broadsoft. Thank you to anyone who can help.
