@Emily R is there a thought to provide a Users Guide for Call Center Basic?
Is there something of an Agent Training Manual for either Call Center Basic or PRO?

Hi @esoare thanks for bringing this up! We are currently working on training materials, and the basics of Call Center Basic are included in the initial batch of material for the first phase. Once we progress to the next stage of content for the training materials, we will be reviewing more of these requests for more specific trainings. An "agent training manual" is a fantastic suggestion as well, I will definitely be adding this to the list!
