I was under the impression VOIP was more advanced and versatile than traditional telco.  Even our cell phones will process the , as pause if you enter that in the phone number dial pad.

This is Microsoft Teams sending the outbound call via a SBC into Kazoo, so I don't know if there is an option to enter the sleep and send dtmf .. , will have to go back to the drawing board.

Hi all,

It is a widely accepted practice of adding comma (,) in a number string to introduce a 2 second pause so that the extension can be entered automatically via the call.  

When a request is sent in this format: "request": "+18071234567,2118@domainv.com", it returns "No Route Destination" how are others handling this request? or this isn't something that is supported?

Is there a guide / how to on setting up Kazoo in Azure?   
If not, does anyone want to help me create one for the community? If I'm building the environment in Azure, I might  as well share the lessons learnt.  

I heard that as the public IP is not visible inside the VM, the out of the box config does not work?

Any inputs are welcome.

[PBX Connector - Multiple Endpoints]

Hi all,

I have a configuration where I'm connecting multiple  Sonus SBCs to via BPX Connector.  The SBCs are able to register to Kazoo, but only the last registered SBCs shows active in PBX Connector.  The desired result is to have multiple SBCs registered for backups and if a call comes in, for it to send the call to both the SBCs.

Is this possible? or is it a product limitation? 

Any solution / workaround recommendation?

[Certificate for white label reseller accounts]

Hi all,

I understand Kazoo allows a multi tier white label option for its partners and customers.  Now for each reseller added to the platform, they'll have their own URL: 
https://portal.reseller1.com
https://portal.reseller2.com

How/where do we upload the certificates for each of those domains in a self service manner so that the reseller and setup their branding? I wasn't able to find this information.
