Creating a New User

Users can only be created and managed within the SmartPBX interface. Once you have created users, you can now assign devices, numbers and create user groups.
To create a new user:

1. Click on the "Users" tab in SmartPBX.
2. Within the Users tab, click on the Add Users button.
3. Provide your user’s first and last name, email address for login, and create a password. You can also create a custom extension number and a Voicemail Box number.
