Feedback - We want to hear from you! We have created a portal within our new community page called “Feedback.” Here you can ask questions, provide feedback about the platform and communicate with 2600Hz employees and your fellow partners. Discuss what you LOVE in the new portal or in the documentation. What’s not working for you, and what are the ways we can improve. This is an excellent way to collaborate and your feedback and is critical to improve the user experience.

Tutorials - There will be ongoing trainings and tutorials. 2600Hz will be live webinars on different products, features and integrations. This will be an interactive look at how the new program is working for you and your customers. We will respond to feedback, and spend time with a live QA during these tutorials.
