How do I set up my voicemail greeting over the phone?

Dial *97 to be connected to KAZOO's voicemail system. When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to set a 4-digit password. After you do this, record a new voicemail greeting and save.

NOTE: Feature codes are enabled when you add a Main Number to an account. If you or your customer is unable to access our voicemail system, please check to ensure a number has been added to the Main Number section of SmartPBX.
