What are per-minute credits used for?
Per-minute services require you to deposit money into the account before you start making calls. To add credit to your account, click "Per Minute" just left of the main dashboard. Then Add Credit (must be a minimum of $5). Per-Minute Billing will be ongoing until it runs out, but you have an option to auto-recharge.
Per-minute credits are used for:

Inbound toll free calls, if your customers has a toll free number, there must be a positive per minute credit balance applied to their account.

International calls.

Allows customers to make calls that go over specified unlimited inbound/outbound flat rate trunks.
To add per-minute credits:

Click on Settings Icon at the top left of the UI. This is next to your name.

Once in Settings, click on "Per Minute" tab left of the UI.

You will be able to see your minutes used and your total call charges. You can also filter by date and download to an excel doc. Click on the "Add Credit" button.

Decide to either add a one-time credit or enable auto recharge. Enter the amount.

Select the "Confirm" button and you're set.
