The Port Manager enables you to manage requests for accounts quickly and efficiently. The Port Manager has many advanced features, tailored to making the porting process as seamless as possible for you and your users. Here are some features of the App:

Real-Team Porting Status – Users no longer have to contact you about the status of a Port request. They can actually view the status of their request within the UI.

Carrier Flexibility - The Port Manager allows you to group numbers based on the underlying carrier. Automatic Location Routing Number (LRN) lookups help the system figure out what provider currently manages a number and ensures ports go more smoothly separating them according to the carrier.

Save In-Progress - Save partially completed ports and come back to it later without losing any progress.

Temporary DID’s - Create temporary DID’s for users so that they can still remain connected during the Porting process.

Port a number using the Monster UI in three easy steps:

  1. Enter a Number - Choose the number that you would like to port. Numbers are sorted according to the carrier, giving you the ability to add user numbers from multiple carriers at once
  2. Verification and Approval - Simplify and accelerate the process for a user to port a number. Within a single interface, upload necessary documentation and request ports from the carriers.
  3. Save requests - If you don’t have the necessary documentation and have started the porting process, come back to it later without losing any progress. The UI will list partially completed ports so that they are easy to locate.
  4. Submit Documents - Select the date you would like to port the number. Add temporary DIDs for users in case they would like to have an active line during the porting process.
