Jean-Francois Charlebois
Hi guys, we have been using Kazoo UI for 4 years now and are finally slapping on monster. I dont see the call center and provissioner in the apps. Is this normal ? How do I add these, I cant seem to find it. Thanks
Baze
Those apps are closed source iirc.
Jean-Francois Charlebois
You mean, open source are not permitted to have them, I knew about the provisionner, but the new call center is not available even if we want to pay for the module ? Baze
You can definitely use them, just need to contact 2600 to get setup with a contract and then they will get them added to your cluster.

digitauusa
Any updates as to whether 2600hz would add the two apps listed above?
esoare
as @Baze stated. You would need to discuss with 2600hz to get them as apps. If you are on Hosted servers talk with your Rep If you run your own servers talk with " contact @ 2600hz.com " (remove spaces to get the real email) www.2600hz.com Hope that helps @digitauusa . If you are in a different scenario than above, please let us know. esoare
