He wants to see when the office calls him, which extension it is, as he doesnt want to pick up for everyone always. How is it possible, to have the business caller Id come up when dialing out and have the extension caller Id when calling this cell phone of the manager ? Thank you! SoftClient would of course be easiest to implement. Only thing I would add to the conversation is the below: Also, create a CallFlow with the Manager's Cell Number, that calls the "SoftClient Device" (then, either a separate voicemail that sounds like his cell phone voicemail, or his normal User Voicemail) Hope that helps! esoare Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
