Login
To park a call, the feature code says to hit *3 (followed by a number like 101 to park it at). When we try to park, nothing happens. Does it need to be enabled somewhere?
Administrators Darren Schreiber Posted April 27, 2020 Administrators Report Share Posted April 27, 2020 Well, specifically you push the transfer key on whatever phone you're using - you'll get a dialtone. Then dial *3101, then transfer again. Then the call is parked in that slot.
