Devices do not appear as registered on SmartPBX

Just finished the installation following the instructions https://docs.2600hz.com/sysadmin/doc/install/configure_kazoo/

Installed it on a VPS 

Created four devices which appear to be registering correctly on the endpoints (using Bria) - but on SmartPBX the device shows as unregistered.

My previous experience was only with FreePBX so I donnot know which logs to look to troubleshoot.  I did the healthheck as per the post, and I don't see any errors

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
