I have a number of my and client's PBXes and would like to to route an outgoing (and internal) traffic with LCR between providers and maybe make some numbers on this switch too. Is there any howto for the first steps? I need to terminations trunks termination rates internal (clien's) trunks client's rates and limits dialing (routing) rules?
