The newest project we are developing is a white label multi-vendor e-commerce platform and clients are looking to deeply integrate comms, including voice, chat, sms, video, ai, bots, live commerce and much more. So that brought me back to see if this might be the best option for communications and customer experience management. Looking forward to learning more from the community.
