We can't believe it's already spring! And rest assured, this is the one piece of content this year that is not generated by ChatGPT!

Highlights From Q1

We are thrilled to kick off the new year with the announcement of our AI Team! We are utilizing Generative AI to develop enhanced features and functionality for our existing products and services, such as auto-generated conference recaps, chatbots, and voicebots for level-1 support. By investing in AI technology, we are positioning ourselves as a leader in the industry and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of innovation.
On the heels of launching our AI Team, we were awarded with TMCnet's Remote Work Pioneer Award. The award honors companies whose software and other solutions support the massive increase in remote working brought on by the Coronavirus Pandemic. “2600Hz is being honored for their achievement in bringing innovation and excellence to the market, while leveraging the latest technology trends,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC.
We were also honored to receive TMCnet's IP Telephony Product of the Year two years running, and we are proud of our team for engineering and maintaining such a strong platform. “In the opinion of our judges and editorial team, KAZOO has proven to be among the best communications and technology solutions available on the market. I look forward to continued leadership from 2600Hz," said Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC.
This quarter has kept us busy with several conferences. Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Patrick Sullivan, recently attended Cloud Connections Alliance Florida, a conference for cloud industry leaders, and participated in a "Future of Platforms" panel alongside leaders from Cisco, Microsoft, and Alianza.

Our new Vice President of International Sales, Ilian Hafouzov, attended leading European conferences, including MWC Barcelona, an event where technology, community, and commerce converge. And recently, Ilian attended Cloud Comms Summit London, where he participated in an interesting discussion on the current state of cloud communications and what the future holds for this technology.
