Mark Cederloff Posted July 19, 2015 Report Share Posted July 19, 2015 Using auto provisioner for a PolyCom VVX300 phone, I don't see where to set the voicemail message button to auto log in to the associated mailbox. Prompts request entering mailbox number and then password. Want it to auto log in and only ask for password. Any help would be appreciated. 2600Hz Employees ricky ing Posted July 21, 2015 2600Hz Employees Report Share Posted July 21, 2015 Hi Mark,The default setting for MWI is to dial *97, which is the "Check Voicemail" feature and requires a vmbox number and pin. From Advanced Provisioner, under Lines -> Basic -> Voicemail Number; You can change this to **<vmbox_number> EX: **7977. This will be unique for each device.
