2600Hz Employees Isaac Posted April 28, 2016 2600Hz Employees Report Share Posted April 28, 2016 We are pleased to announce that toll-free numbers can now be purchased directly in the portal for 2600hz Hosted customers. Please utilize the Toll-Free number search section of the GUI to search for numbers. Please note that while we all like the idea of an 800 number, the national pool of 800 numbers has basically been saturated for some time and so has 888, so you may only find results in 877, 866 or 855. We are really excited about this change as we know how annoying it is to have to email us and wait for a reply to get toll-free numbers! Hurray! Please also note that, since searches can now be achieved fully through the GUI, we will consider any requests via the support system for toll-free numbers to be a vanity number request and will now incur a vanity number charge.
