Overview
A critical component of any telephony service is how callers reach customers. Typically presumed as a simple problem and considered an afterthought by most vendors, DID inventory and management solutions are often inadequate to handle the demands of today’s real-world.
Number Manager exists to help manage the complex DID Inventory and management process. Number Manager allows you to purchase and manage a base set of phone numbers in a master account. From there, numbers can be distributed to customers for use. When the numbers are no longer needed, they can be reclaimed easily and re-assigned to other customers at any time.
Number Manager also supports managing CNAM database updates, inbound caller ID namelookups and emergency 911 services. In addition, blocks of numbers and services can also be reserved and distributed. A clear distinction between numbers in-use and spare numbers is made to simplify management.
Finally, a sophisticated port-in tool allows you to port numbers into the system. It pre-validates number portability and splits numbers into appropriate orders as needed.
