Hey Darren, Thanks for your response, yes you are right as we are using Comcast business as the provider, however is there a recommended Auto setting that would help prioritize Voice over Data?

Does anyone know what's the recommended settings for Cisco Phones / Switch for QOS. I have a Cisco SG220-26-K9 switch with Cisco SPA525G2 Phones.
