    The x01 & x11 models are just newer revisions of the original x00 & x10 models, they have more memory and a faster processor to fix some of the "sluggish" UI issues that were creeping up. The x10 & x11 are the Gigabit models and the new VVX 401 & 411 phones have a USB port behind the screen like the VVX 5xx & 6xx series phones so you can add a USB stick for local call recording.
