also i confirm it was my issue as well... i'm not sure if there is any reason for it but it's quite disconcerting. Maybe the doc should be updated ror it?

It seems that. the license is changed to MPL2 : https://github.com/2600hz/kazoo/pull/5970 is there any reason for it? Was there any public announcement about it?
