[Codec / payload one way audio issue]

Hello Mc,

Both ulaw and alaw codecs are loaded - my upstream provider supports both whichever is offered.

After a conversation with my provider they informed me that although they support both Alaw and Ulaw, they only expect to be offered one at once.

This is working now, thank-you for your help :)

[Codec / payload one way audio issue]

Newbie here.. although I have experience with other VOIP platforms, Linux and networking etc

My Kazoo install is working great.. calls between extensions, outbound calls through my upstream provider gateway all good.

However when I call in I do not hear a ringing tone on my mobile and when I answer the call on the internal extension I cannot hear the audio on my mobile and my audio sounds like I'm down a well with a tin can attached with string.

The error I get in the log is as follows:

This is repeated over and over whilst the call progresses and is answered.

Any help or suggestions much appreciated!
