  1. So as we all know Slack is growing by leaps and bounds in the office space. They are doing voice now internally it's still in beta but with my distributed team located globally we have been on conference calls for hours at a time. I was starting to think that if 2600 could be integrated with slack it would sure leap frog the clown central and the 4+4 x 4+4 phone companies :-) 1. Companies who use slack can use the slack internally as they normally do.  2. If slack is integrated then emailed notifications can go into your own direct message or a slack channel to a group Please see this article which is Slack / Clarify and Twilio Can we do Slack / Clarify + 2600hz ? www.clarify.io would be good for vm transcriptions !  http://clarify.io/blog/making-recording-transcribing-phone-calls-slack/ 3. If 2600 was integrated and we can add extensions to Slack Users and a dialer we are golden. True cloud PBX with mobile and legacy support !  If and when the Real Time dashboard is available with lightweight gui (smartpbx) It would be like Sendhub or Aircall.io but with WebRTC / mobile and legacy phones. So to Recap My idea of a awesome product would be : 1. SmartPBX (Monster ) with Browser setup Aircall.io / Sendhub Aircall has a nice interface but don't really support SIP they are built on Plivo. Sendhub has WebRTC and SMS but lack white able and provisioning Legacy phones they are built on 2600hz. 2. Business Text messaging, Heywire is what we resell,  If this was integrated, it would be better for archiving and managing multiple DID's  Business case for this: Real Estate agent lists 5 homes for sales right now they use their cell phones 1 DiD on 5 homes for sales. They have no analytics no measurement. If they had our super duper Business Texting solution they can provide 5 separate DiD's and track them. Have the auto responder like (Heywire) send a potential prospective home buyer get the relevant. "The home at 55 Smith street is a 5 bedroom 3 bath for $599k. Thank you for contacting John Doe of John Doe Realty." Giving the power the end user to see how many calls came in per day, with call recording / text messaging is powerful. BI (Business Intelligence) is key the more analytics we can give the more informed they are.  Yes if you ask any Realtor what do they use they will tell you it's just my mobile phone number. Give them the power of this solution, and make it easy for them to use then see what happens !  3. Faxing: yes 2600 fax inbound works like a charm ! The outbound is a different story. I know that anything over the internet really will suck especially fax. But a fairly reliable Desktop / Legacy or a mobile app to TDM Fax would work. I have setup Brooktrout Fax Boards (Servers) so that does bridge IP to Analog. But making this integrated would be key. Everything integrated / Full UC pick your own device. What I am getting at is that as business is moving at the speed of light, with cloud and SaaS, we should be able to deliver as partners to our clients solutions that say bring in any device legacy or browser and you have everything at your fingertips. Remote and Global workers can get hired on have Office 365 + Box or Egnyte for storage + Slack + 2600 all delivered from a browser. I know in this Telecom Journey there is a lot of work to be done, and we are doing our part as well, sales sales sales ! But telling a customers bring any device is still questionable. We have to praise Darren and Patrick as none of us would be here if it weren't for these two guys and the entire staff at 2600 and for having the passion for Telecom !! Thanks for the awesome service and support 2600hz Team  Raj
