Is there guidance on using Play Media Video Treatments? I've loaded a MP4 Video and have put it in a call flow. The video plays, but the audio is way out of sync from the video? Is there suggestions on the best format and encoding settings for Video Treatments? Is there suggestions on any preamble, like silence or an image, to use prior to the play media block for the video media? Something to give the media a chance to load or buffer some of the stream before playing the media to the caller?
