As suggested, we ran another run with timeouts in the output, and pulled the relevant entries in both the haproxy and couchdb logs, with the string specified (e9cc159ebcb93062e51c5f38604ec77f ), which are in the attached Word doc herein. At 1st glance, no obvious signs of errors or anything along those lines, but not being a full blown expert, my observations can be flawed...
Thanks for having a quick "look-see" to determine if anything relevant, needs to be looked into...
