Withhold caller id, Force Privacy

Hello,

Is there a “force_privacy” configuration option available for an account, user and/or device?

If “force_privacy” is true, then any call placed should be marked as private (in the same way as it would if it passed through cf_privacy module, but without having to dial the *67 feature code)
