Add either @domain.com for everyone sending from domain.com or specifically user1@domain.com for only that user. This is in Advanced Callflows.

I have used Bria 4,5 with Sennheiser DW Pro DECT headsets via USB. This worked well for me. If you plan on using Lync make sure you get a lync compatible version.
