  1. How do we change the time on the voicemail email from 24hr (military)  to 12hr format?
  2. Michael, We have two internet connection that we tried that on and it failed on both. But on the third connection we tried to do what you just mentioned and it auto-provisioned. Thanks for that info we are not aware of the IP being blocked by 2600 at all until now. And so, how can we prevent our IP's from being blocked by 2600hz?
  3. Note: Kazoo Only. We have not migrated our customers on Monster yet. Provisioning server: prv.zswitch.net Here are the steps that we took: 1)  Factory reset the phone  2)  Set it up to prv.zswitch.net tag SN to UA enabled  3)  Saved configuration then the phone restarts when it connects it would say "updating initial configuration" 4) Waited a minute or two, phone comes back and it says "could not contact boot server" 5) Then the phone will come back up and its a flashing time and date. 6)When we tried to log in to the web interface it says "sorry connection refused" 7) If you factory default the phone again, you can get back to the web interface      and when we manually provisioned it the phones will come back again. We have tested this on both IP 450's and 550's and at this point we are seeing that Auto Provisioning is failing.  Anyone here experienced the same issue?

  5. One of our customer under medical services is asking for a  documentation to put in their HIPAA binder to show that the fax and phone VOIP services are HIPAA compliant. As per 2600hz support stated they don't carry any HIPAA compliance documentation.  Do any of you have a medical clients? What are you guys doing for this?
  6. Hi Michael, Thanks for your response!  I'm just wondering if there is someone here  who knows how to setup a leader code for the conference lines.  e.g. "When bridge line and pin code are circulated a leader code opens the bridge line. This way not just anyone can use it."
  7. We have a client that wants the "leader code" feature for their conference lines. Can we do this on the Monster UI?

  9. I've been trying to upload an Mp3 file for music on hold and it looks like the button for uploading a file is not responding. After clicking the "select an audio file" I waited for a minute and still no luck. (Is there another way to do this?)
  10. Hi Michael, Thanks. We actually tried provisioning Polycom 335 and 550's today on Monster UI. What happened is that we need to reboot it twice, for it to get configured on p3.zswitch... Have you experienced the same thing as well? @Darren  Yep, I did create the device on Monster UI.. Then deleted it in there and re-built it in Kazoo.
  11. Hi Michael, I am to test it out on Polycom 550 today to see if I will have the same issue.
  12. Tried to auto-provision using p3.zswitch.net on polycom IP 450 and nothing happened. I ended up reverting to prv.zswitch.net.

  14. Tried this tweak.  > Select app > disabled > save  Then re- enabled. It workd! I am seeing all my saved apps now.
