Thanks Rick. I reviewed the reseller accounting tool but it doesn't seem to have all the detail I am looking for.  Basically I'm looking for the data I entered to be dumped out of the switch so I can load my billing system.  It seems to me if I build a user into the switch and can view their name, extension, DID and device I should be able to pull that data periodically.

New to the software and need to know how we extract the data to compare to our in house billing system Need User, Device, features and phone number.
