  1. Can we fetch agent numbers from custom database and forwarding the call parallel to array of the agent numbers fetched from api and bridging the forwarded call answered first with inbound call (dropping other forwarded calls in ringing state) and similar way doing sequential call forwarding, means if first agent did not pick call in specified time duration, then forward to other agent number mentioned in array as response of custom api. @mc_ thanks for your quick reply.
  2. So, can we hangup call without answering them, using call flow hangup action and inserting the callee number using api to custom database?
  3. Thanks @mc_ For PSTN inbound calls, can we configure not to answer call for particular regex, like the miss call solution to register people, by asking them to give miss call on did number(mentioned by regex)?
  4. How can we handle pstn call using kazoo freeswitch using freetdm module and how to add PSTN numbers to kazoo to create call flow?
  5. Oh yes i am able to call using extensions now, but there is only one way voice, the other side its silent.
  6. Here in Smart PBX, i mean one user cannot call another unless we have Main number for that account right? i want to make call without Main number. i want to make call by dialing user id of the other user device in softphone.
  7. @tomas_ Please help here. I had followed below mention steps but is not what i am looking for as mentioned above. Another option to manage what (I think) you want, is to use "Find me, Follow me" in SmartPBX. Click Users and then click on one user and then "Find me, Follow me"
  8. How to create call flow for internal user directory of sip users, like in freeswitch, any user from default directory can call other user in same directory. Its like whatsapp call.
