[Polycom VVX Forwarding Behavior]

I was digging through the polycom admin guide for 5.4.5+ to see if I can change the local device forward behavior via config parameters so that the phone made an outbound call to the forwarded number itself when a local device forward is implemented, instead of the device responding with a 302 moved temporarily.  I've been unsuccessful thus far; is this possible?

[VVX 400 Ignoring call with Diversion Header]

I've run into an odd issue where a polycom VVX400 seems to be ignoring invites when a diversion header is present.  I attempted to add:

 

voIpProt.SIP.header.diversion.enable="1"

 

To at least force the device to recognize and do something with the diversion header instead of ignoring it to no avail.  Anyone ever run into this before have any suggestions?

@SPC-Tim I gave that a go and the problem still persists; I've encountered this with other phones as well but I've always found parameters to resolve it, this specific brand seems to be finnicky.

I currently have a customer who wants to see the missed calls show up on their Aastra's (55i's and 57i's) if the call came in from a group.  I've tried user and device groups and they both do not seem to show up in the missed call/received call lists.

 

I've tried the following lines in the config file based off of the admin guide (both of which are the only things I can find even relating to the call list in the phone) to no avail:

sip missed call summary subscription: 1

sip line1 missed call summary subscription: 1

 

Has anyone else run into this and possibly had a resolution?
