  1. Is there a way to camp a call on a extension so it rings the extension when it finishes a call and how would this be accomplished? Thanks
  2. Is there a way to set the maximum duration of a Voice Message in the hosted platform? Ideally I'd like to set it to 3 minutes for example.
  3. When I go in advance provisioner and look at a phone it shows inherits from the Defaults for certain fields. I know where the Provider defaults are set but don't understand where some of the other fields are. For example I want to change the default for "Show Missed Calls" to disabled but the only way I seem to be able to do it now is on each individual phone since I cannot find "Defaults". Is there a way to change these "Defaults" when using the hosted solution?
