Thank you for your patience tkiziah as I I'm a newbie with Kazoo. so after disabling and starting, I'm still running into the same issue of the call dropping at 32seconds

How can i configure the voicemail key on the Jitsi Softphone. I'm able to dial *79 manually but when the voicemail icon is pressed i get a busy tone. In the settings i show a voicemail subscription uri and voicemail check URI is that were i would need to configure it and if so how?

You could also turn on voicemail to email for that user.

when applied would i need to restart any service or would it work without doing so.
