  1. I bought a number of HTEK phones after Kazoocon and noticed a few things I wanted to get some input on:

    1. No RPS similar function? I provisioned the phone in Kazoo - but the phones still required me to set the provisioner URL. Is there a way around this like with yealink?
    2. Combo Keys are not working - I configured these - but they are not showing up on the phone - any idea here?

Otherwise we are excited to try the HTEK phones!

  2. So I am trying to have about 6 users check a single mail box (MWI not important)

I don't believe I can assign a voicemail box to multiple users? Can I?

As for the "Require PIN" you would think the functionality of being able to require a pin when checking from their own phone would be the option below that of "Auto Login Enabled" which explains that functionality in the hover over bubble. Just the "Require PIN" separately gives off a different impression.

  3. Thanks - so I am trying to compromise here:

We set up a speed dial for *97

Have the user put in the mailbox number - but it's telling me "I'm sorry your mailbox is not configured to allow access from this phone"

    - We are leaving the option on the mailbox "Require PIN" unchecked and leaving the PIN number empty (have also tried with a pin number, but then the voicemail menu asks for the pin anyways regardless of the Require PIN check)

This does not seem like the intended functionality?

  4. Appreciate the reply - this one client is using a Polycom VVX 500 and when I press the touchscreen for BLF extension - it simply dials the user instead of picking up the call.

BTW - above was my first post here - looking forward to being a part of this community - so far we love 2600hz!

  5. I have a client that is requesting all their extensions setup as BLF - no problem there.

However, they want todo call pickup and be able to press the BLF button and answer that call.

I am using the shared/hosted version of 2600hz - is this possible with this?
