When a user is talking in a group, with the arrival of a new call, this user also receives a call waiting beep.

How can I disable call waiting in ring group ?

Hi!
I think the easiest is to see if it's a setting in the phone. 
Maybe Kazoo can be configured to only send one call to each user at a time, but I haven't found such setting.

In this regard, I need an api that I can find out  to understand the status of each agent (busy or not). Do you have a clue from an api that does this? (In the queue, you can understand the status of each agent. Is this also possible in normal mode?)
