Roger Rojas Posted October 11, 2021 Report Posted October 11, 2021 (edited) I have a couple of Polycom 550's that were on our platform, the account they were on was deleted all at once. I factory reset the phones successfully but once I try auto-provisioning the phones to our platform they won't provision. I've tested the provisioning steps with a Polycom VVX 411 and I get it working on the first attempt. Any suggestions on why the 550's won't no longer provision or any other steps I can take to make it work. Edited October 11, 2021 by Roger Rojas (see edit history)

Thank you
