I have a couple of Polycom 550's that were on our platform, the account they were on was deleted all at once. I factory reset the phones successfully but once I try auto-provisioning the phones to our platform they won't provision. I've tested the provisioning steps with a Polycom VVX 411 and I get it working on the first attempt. Any suggestions on why the 550's won't no longer provision or any other steps I can take to make it work.

Hello Roger,

could you please create a support ticket listing the MAC addresses you are trying to add? that way we can verify them internally and unlock them so they are able to provisioned again from a new account ID.
