Laura Matosian Posted June 24, 2016 Author Report Share Posted June 24, 2016 Thanks Rick. I reviewed the reseller accounting tool but it doesn't seem to have all the detail I am looking for. Basically I'm looking for the data I entered to be dumped out of the switch so I can load my billing system. It seems to me if I build a user into the switch and can view their name, extension, DID and device I should be able to pull that data periodically.
