Click to Dial wanted.

Does anyone have a successful solution that you are currently using for Click to Dial / CTC for Monster PBX customers?  We have been asked about this several times now from our customers.  They know our competitors offer it and are hoping we can too.

That's a rather open ended question. Are you looking for browser extensions, CRM integration, and/ or outlook integration etc.? There are many options to consider and each can vary on how they are implemented.

Immediate need is for just a click to dial for saving time when dialing numbers.

Hey Fastdevice - did you build a browser plug in for c2c? Or a CRM-specific integration? Anything you want to share?

It's a .net application that can integrate with web and fat client CRMs. Most notably eAgent CRM, but can easily be modified for many uses. It logs inbound and outbound calls to the CRM and even tracks call history independent of the CRM w/ click-to-call for convenience. http://www.fastdeviceusa.com/harmony Now that websockets is being released we are going to rewrite the application to support more features and introduce a web only version.

This particular customer wanted CTC to use with Outlook contacts.  Sorry, I was not more specific in my original statement.  

We have other customers who want it for Salesforce CRM CTC and logging.
