Damian Posted April 17, 2017 Report Share Posted April 17, 2017 Polycom 7000 Soundstation IPUsing Monster UI Server Type: HTTP Server Address: p3.zswitch.netTag SN to UA: EnableStill is coming up red in Monster IUI did the same for the Polycom 5000 Soundstation and it worked fine. Can figure out why this one is not working.Did a device reset and followed with a factory reset twice.It is on the right network, I can web browse to it, even after I added it to IU which i shouldnt be able to do.Whats wrong here any changes/recommendations?-Damian Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Damian Posted April 18, 2017 Author Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 Issue Solved: There was an update that was needed in the device when web browsing to it. Looks like it is green on Monster UI.
