After provisioning following the directions on the 2600 HZ guides it keeps coming up with Error Missing FIles Config Reverted and does not provision.


Please help. I read it might have something to do with 2600 HZ provisioning servers

I've had this same issue happened to me when trying to provision polycoms 5000s or 410.  Factory default the phone, and update the phone firmware to the latest version provided by polycom via the Web UI. Then try to provision the phone again.
