Grandstream dial plan replace rule?

Can someone help me with a replace rule in a dial plan?  I would like to have a dial plan that for example whenever someone dials 611 it should not dial 611, it should strip the 611 and dial a phone number instead,

Do you mean that if someone dials 611 it would always dial another, different number?
