The other option that has built in telecom compliance and reporting is Avalara. They automate the tax reporting. We are looking at both Avalara and Suretax ... I will let you know what we decide and why.

These guys are a great firm to work with.  http://www.telecompliance.net/ They also resell Suretax at a lower commit than Suretax does directly.
