  1. Hi Marie,
    I tested this in an upcoming version release, and the very last greeting recorded or saved will be the greeting used.  Within Virtual Receptionist, the greeting used will also be highlighted, indicating which file will play when called.

    NOTE:
    By default, you can only record a Virtual Receptionist greeting, over the phone, by using a phone configured within the account.  If you'd like to record the greeting using a phone outside of the account, you'll need to go to Advanced Callflows App>Menu>select Menu you'd like to record greeting over the phone for>Advanced>Options tab>enable Allow outside recording.

Hi Rick, thanks for the detailed report, this really helps!  Currently, any changes applied to a device will attempt to update the existing config files, but does not generate a new one.  Due to you adding a new MAC Address, there isn't an existing file to update therefore fails.  I'm going to create an idea for the implementation of generating a new config file when a new MAC Address is added to an existing device in Smart PBX or Advanced Callflows.
